It's a lovely neighborhood with basic amenities and friendly residents.but there are occasional water pressure drops.

Tenants love the peaceful feel and access to schools. Infrastructure is still catching up in parts, but with my long horizon, it looks solid.

We do have to manage occasional water scarcity in summer and a lack of big cafes locally, but overall the calm environment wins.

There are great schools nearby, and local markets do their job. Only downside: a few properties feel a bit old
