This area is safe, and essential services like grocery stores, medical shops, and banks are close. On top of all of these, the rent here is affordable as well.

The property I own in here is in a quieter part of this locality. While it’s not at the center of Bangalore’s growth but its clam and green, which makes it a greayt area to riase kids.

The markets in this area are just around the corner, and public transport optionshave become better as well, though it still takes a little longer to get to the main areas.

My father bought our house here a around 20 years back and I grew up here. This is definitely a place that I love butr a few issue has never been addressed here. The drainge here has never been good and bad smell always comes from that. The roads get fixed and with a month the same pot holes return.

The area is getting better and more amenties such as parks, shops are coming up. But the roads need to be better here/.
