I rent a 2BHK here and what I like most is that it feels calmer than most central Bangalore neighbourhoods, but still very accessible. It’s close to main roads like Mysore Road and Pipeline Road, so buses and autos are easy to get. The Deepanjali Nagar metro station is only about 1.4 km away

Road quality is not that good here. Cracks and potholes show up after rains. and parking is also difficult in some interior roads

I see New Guddadahalli as stable with steady appreciation. Prices were modest and rentals steady. Some segments of Mysore Road face heavy congestion, but that’s common in all city hubs.

I bought a 3 BHK here and so far there has been only a handful of days when the flat was empty. Its a good place.

I love staying here as it the rent is low and metro and BMTC buses are easy to catch. The most annoyinhg part here is the traffic as you get stuck and have to sit for a long time.

I live here with my family and love the calm environment and local parks. The only problem is the occasional traffic jam at Sirsi Circle.

There is too much traffic during peak hours and I hate it everyday. I wish the government would do something about it.
