Rental demand is huge in this area because Velankani Tech Park and corporate hubs are very close. Apartments get filled fast, 2BHK goes for around 28k easy. Good area to buy property for steady income.

Garbage is just dumped on roadside near corner plots and smells terrible in rains. Plus the autos at the main stand ask 100 rupees for short distance from electronic city to silk board.

Rent here is decent, paid 18k for a 1BHK near Neeladri road. Everything for daily needs is right on the street itself. Autos charge a bit extra at night time, but otherwise very sorted for living.

Footpaths along Doddathoguru main road are completely blocked by parked bikes and vendors. Very difficult for older people to walk in the morning safely. Streetlights also don't work properly in inner lanes, local authority should fix this.

Traffic near Wipro Avenue signal in the evening is just crazy daily. Taking out car takes 20 minutes just to cross 1 km. Better to walk or take bike if you work nearby..

Water supply is the main issue here, tanker dependence is too much in summer months. Roads inside are narrow so parking on street is headache. Overall place is fine, shops are close.

Too crowded now during peak times. BMTC buses are available towards Silk Board from main stop, but they always come packed. You have to adjust with the crowd and noise daily.

Delivery vehicles struggle to park near Village Hypermarket during peak hours because roads get choked easily. Business is good because crowd is always there, but traffic and dust on main road very bad.

PG food is okayish, but many small mess and tea stalls around Neeladri main street. Food is cheap and street stays lively till 11 PM. IMO quite safe to walk around at night.

Supermarkets and Apollo Clinic are all within walking distance here, which makes daily life smooth. Streets are a bit noisy in evenings due to traffic, but neighborhood feels safe generally.
