Love the area for its easy access to metro and airport. Rent is high, of course but worth it. I just feel the roads are narrow and the traffic sometimes annoys me

Well-developed area and I love residing here. We don't have to travel 2 hours just to reach the airport. It's just a kilometer away. I am a frequent traveller so this is a great positive point for me.

Property values are rising every day and rental demand is great too. Mostly professionals and settled families prefer to live here. My property gets a lot of attention as it's just near the Airport Road

The rising pollution is an issue here. Even if you live inside a colony of lane, the air quality is not good. Constant noise from construction sites is annoying too. But what I love is how accessible the area is. It's somewhat affordable than its neighboring places like Powai or even Ghatkopar.

Great locality for families. It can be expensive to buy a house here but still better than main part of Andheri and Ghatkopar. I love the malls and parks around. Powai Lake is close too. We also visit the Versova Beach often. It's a well-balanced area is all I can say.
