It’s peaceful, with plenty of parks and the roads feel less chaotic than central Mumbai. What I hate is the crowd. It's somehow overpupulated with congested inner lanes.
The rental demand is steady and there are many upcoming projects from reputed builders like L&T Realty. The environment is clean and peaceful. But some buildings are old and need redevelopment and modern infrastucture. Internal roads and drainage systems are poor too, which can hamper the resale value of properties.
The metro access really helps and the area in general is well-connected.
Rent is a bit higher here but I like this area because it's close to my workplace and also there are a some good cafes and fine dines nearby. It's peaceful but some inner lanes are badly lit and get dark after 8 pm.
The Navagaon infrastructure is vital, and there are both current and planned upgrades to improve connection and convenience.
