My apartment is close to Dahisar metro and railway station, so commuting and travelling is easier. You also get autos and buses frequently. Daily essentials are nearby. Roads are good and the neighborhood is vibrant. I like living here.

Recently rented a 2 BHK near SV Road. The area is well-connected, and amenities are within reach. However, I feel the rent is on the higher side for the facilities provided

The area has good access to markets and grocery stores. However, the roads need maintenance, and garbage disposal services are inconsistent.

Had explored the area for investment purposes. The locality is developing, but the presence of slums nearby might affect property values.

The area is convenient for daily commuters as it's close to metro. Rent is reasonable too, considering all the facilities. I wish there were more good hospitals nearby.
