I’ve been renting here for around 2 years, and honestly, it’s one of those quiet but slightly inconvenient areas. Biggest downside is the internal roads are narrow. If two cars cross, it’s a squeeze. And once you step out towards Jalahalli main road or Tumkur Road traffic gets bad
Demand is mostly from end-users not IT crowd. So rental yields are okay but not crazy. the good part is the proximity to Jalahalli, Vidyaranyapura and access towards Tumkur Road plus metro connectivity
We moved here mainly for schools and quieter surroundings, and it works great on that. There are good schools nearby like Orchids The International School and Trio World Academy. The neighbourhood also feels safe, lots of families, not much nightlife crowd. Kids can actually cycle inside the layout, which is rare in Bangalore.
