I rent here because it’s quieter than Mulund but still close enough to commute. The complex I stay in has good security and amenities

There's still a lack of good restaurants and nightlife around. Good thing is it's safe and well-connected to the city.

The area is peaceful compared to other parts of Bhandup and has decent greenery. I like that it’s not overcrowded yet but maintenance costs in societies have gone up lately, and the water supply from the municipality isn’t always consistent

Rental demand is good here not great. Some areas have poor road maintainence which creates drainage issues. But the area is developing and capital growth is steady so you have to be patient for long-term investment returns.

Rent is pretty reasonable here as compared to nearby areas. Markets and hospitals are close and there are few small cafes too. Nothing fancy but still quiet and fun.
