The area is peaceful as doesn’t feel like Mumbai’s chaos at all. The local train station is very busy, its manageable.

Bought a 1 BHK for rental income. Water supply is a bit irregualr, so pick your society carefully.

I shifted here for work and the area is clean and family-friendly. Only downside is traffic near the highway in the evenings.

I am very satisfied with the area. Ideal for raising kids as my kids are able to go to the nearby parks and schools. But roadwork and civic issues are still slow to resolve.

Nice area for families as there are plenty of schools, clinics, and parks. Water supply is the main issues here.

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day otherwise okay.

The locality is peaceful but finding a direct auto during peak rush hours is a gamble. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs....

The drainage system across Sector 82 completely struggles whenever it rains for even an hour. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out.
