Not gonna lie, the first week was rough. Roads were dug up and traffic was messy. But slowly, I’ve adjusted. I rent a 1BHK here, way cheaper than Bandra or Vile Parle. You’ll find everything you need within 5–10 mins walking distance.
Commute in Milan Nagar is smooth. The railway station isn’t too far, and buses are frequent. The area is nice.
Looked into Milan Nagar as a secondary investment. What I saw was a stable, middle-class neighbourhood. Slightly old construction, but rental interest is consistent. Might not get flashy returns, but good for safe income.

Been staying in Milan Nagar for a year now. What I like most is that the area stays pretty calm. It is close to the highway. My office commute is super manageable. Rent is okay, not cheap but decent for the location. There's a gym nearby, some nice fast-food joints too.
