The locality is very peaceful compared to other parts of Borivali and I love how close it is to metro and bus stops. It's very vibrant with all those malls and cafes

Peaceful and family-friendly which is very rare to find in Mumbai. One issue is the limited space for parking in public areas and inner lanes.

good for long-term investment. The area still has some old chawls and society buildings that are eligible for redevelopment. One thing is you won’t see double-digit returns here in short term but steady rental income is definite a plus

I feel safe here even as a single woman. The area is well-lit at night and there are mostly families here

Good eateries nearby, especially for veg and Jain food.. not great for cafes or modern hangouts though
