I really enjoy the calm vibe of the area. It is not as noisy as other parts of Bangalore. The metro is a 10 minutes walk away, so commuting is easy. The roads are well-maintained. Traffic can be heavy at peak hours.

I have owned an apartment here for 5 years now. We are close to Lalbagh, and the main roads are in good condition. There is a lot of greenery, which I love. The area is a little busy during rush hours, but that’s expected for such a central location.

I moved to Mavalli from Whitefield, and it’s been a pleasant change. The area has a very old Bangalore feel with lots of heritage buildings. It is still very well-connected. Lalbagh Garden is just around the corner, which is perfect for morning walks.

The area is perfect for families. There’s a lot of greenery, and the public transport is easily available.

I bought a property in Mavalli last year. It is near MG Road. The area is steadily growing, with the metro extension improving accessibility. Rental yields are decent, and the property value is expected to appreciate over time.
