The area is very safe and although rent is high, I chose this because it saves a lot of my commute time and money. My workplace is in Dadar so I usually walk. the streets are walkable too but sometimes water supply issues really irks me during summer.

The lanes are breezy and green, especially near King's Circle where we have bought our apartment. The area has strong infrastructure which explains the high property rates.

Being a student at Guru Nanak Khalsa, I find this area very vibrant and safe. Mostly families and college students live here and the environment is playful. There are number of cafes nearby and weekends are fun too due to parks and historical sites here

I have rented my unused 1 BHK in this area, and the demand is great. Despite higher rent, tenants are willing to stay here due to 1. excellent connectivity to airport and metro. 2. great cafe access, especially the Madras Cafe which is pretty popular here. 3. it's close to IT parks which is great for professionals. 4. it's safe due to strong police presence.
