Came for a weekend visit. Loved the calm, but I missed having cafes or entertainment nearby. Great for families or elders, but not for party types.

This area gives you space and silence. Our independent house has a garden and it is hard to get that elsewhere. Roads still need improvement though.

I see promise here. It’s close to Tumkur Road, and with some infrastructure push, it might become the next affordable hotspot. Patience needed.

Affordable rents and a calm vibe. But commuting to the city center takes time. Autos aren’t always easy to find, especially at night.

The areea isn’t flashy, but that’s the charm. Land prices are still affordable. Once metro and infrastructure improve, this could be a solid investment zone.
