majestic is center of bangalore and it is also known as kempegowda.It is known for its bus station from where buses will be available for each and every area of Bangalore. There is subway where one can find all types of things like clothes, slippers etc. with very low price but the problem is there is not much cleanliness and sometimes it can get very crowded

Majestic is the absolute transit heart of Bangalore. With the KSR railway station, BMTC bus stands, and the main metro interchange right here, you can reach any corner of the city effortlessly.

The continuous floating crowd, transit noises, and bus horn honking make it tough to live here peacefully. Air pollution levels are very high, and municipal water pressure is weak on top floors.

Rents are quite affordable given how central the location is. Basic local eateries, lodges, and provision stores are available around the clock, making it highly practical for bachelor workers.

Connectivity is unmatched, but the surrounding environment is too chaotic, commercial, and packed for families. There are zero clean public playgrounds or green spots for kids inside.

The transformation of Majestic over the years into a fully integrated transit hub is remarkable. It is always busy and lively. Security around transit gates is decent, but pickpocketing is common.

The extreme dust, vehicle smoke, and lack of walking spaces make it very tough for senior citizens. Footpaths are completely blocked by transit commuters and street vendors.

I pass through Majestic almost every weekend for outstation travel. The convenience of switching between trains, local buses, and the metro at one central hub is world-class.

Commercial leasing options like small hotels, travel offices, and retail stores fetch incredibly stable rental returns. Vacancy is never an issue due to the continuous inflow of travelers.

Budget accommodations are mostly compact sharing rooms or paying guest systems. NGL, the noisy environment isn't great for studying, but the unbeatable connectivity saves massive travel money.

The constant flow of transit passengers guarantees steady daily sales for local eateries and mobile accessory shops. However, maintaining security outside the storefront is a continuous task.
