I stay in Andrahalli mainly because my office in Peenya is just 15 minutes away. It’s not super fancy but gets the job done. Local shops, schools, clinics are all available. The rent is much more reasonable compared to central Bangalore. Roads are narrow in some lanes, though.

Andrahalli has caught attention in recent years due to its location near industrial zones. I bought a small house plot here 5 years ago. Prices have moved up slowly but steadily. It's not posh, but you’ll always find tenants working in Peenya and nearby factories.

We’ve been in Andrahalli for over a decade. The area has changed from being mostly village-like to more urban now. New schools, ATMs, and even a small diagnostic centre have opened up. Roads still get dusty, especially in summer.

I come here often for work. People are simple and straightforward. Shops open early, which helps. Some parts still look like semi-rural layouts, but overall, it’s developing. Streets can get congested in the evenings.

I was looking for budget investment options in Bangalore outskirts, and Andrahalli stood out. Schools and hospitals are not too far, and rental income is predictable, even if not high. Feels like a stable area with scope for future growth.

Rented a 2BHK here last year. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but it’s turned out fine. There's a vegetable market close by, and BMTC buses come regularly. It's mostly a working-class locality, but peaceful at night. I do wish there were more options for eating out.
