I have been renting here for almost 4 years and one good thing is that it's a very self sustained area. it has schools, colleges, hospitals, and even good malls within. theres public transpirt as well. it's very safe and has many food outlets

we live just opposite to Cafe Irani and the area feels pleasant and safe. there are ATms, grocery stores, good cafes, and parks nearby. the only problem one may face is to park their vehicle as the lanes are congested

Being a student at xaviers institue of engineering, this area works best for me. I don't live in hostel but taken a small flat nearby. it's walkable. there are multiple inner lanes and layouts. it's safe and feels very friendly.

what i like here is the safety even at night. What I don't like here is the lack of maintainence in independent house buildings. garbage collection isn't regular plus the inside lanes are mostly unclean

I bought a flat here because Mahim’s central location between older South Mumbai localities. price appreciation has been slow but there's potential because of the redevelopment and historic value
