Lakshmipura feels more like a small town inside Bangalore. I work in Kengeri, and it’s just a 15-minute ride. The area has a lot of open space and fresh air. No metro here, but buses are manageable. Rents are low, and that’s the best part.

I wanted a peaceful place with growth potential. This area fits that. You can still find plots at a reasonable price. It may not give fast returns, but it’s developing. Infrastructure is slowly catching up, especially water and drainage lines.

I shifted here for budget reasons. The area is still developing, so you don’t find big supermarkets or restaurants yet. But it’s quiet, and the house we got is spacious. Auto drivers are decent and available most of the time.

Our home is in one of the older lanes here. The roads used to be bad, but recently they’ve done some repair work. No heavy traffic, and we know most neighbours. It feels like a small community. There's a local market every weekend that's quite lively.

Bought a small house here last year to rent it out. Demand is steady from locals and small families. There’s no metro yet, but roads connect decently to NICE Road. Future growth depends on how quickly civic services improve.

I built a home here for retirement. This place has trees, birds, and less traffic. The bus stop is a short walk away. Not the place for young partygoers, but if you enjoy calm mornings and friendly people, it’s perfect.
