Rent here is affordable but the roads are narrow roads and people park their vehicles here, this makes it very hard to move around.

Markets, clinics, and bus stops are all nearby but it’s noisy during the day, and the pollution from traffic is wayy too much.

It’s a good place for families and working professionals as everything is within reach.

Returns are decent here but this area lacks modern infrastructure that younger tenants usually look for.

This is a lively area. and very underrated. rents are so much cheaper here and still so accessible to places like lalbagh and Nexus Mall.

I stayed in a PG in Lakkasandra Extension for about a year while working in Koramangala. Honestly the location is the best part. My bike ride to office was barely 10-12 minutes through Dairy Circle. But parking is honestly a nightmare inside some streets
