I shifted to Kumbalgodu for work, and it’s a decent place if your office is in the area. Local shops cover daily needs, and the Mysore Road makes travel convenient. The downside is that public transport is very limited, so having a vehicle is a must.

I had to visit a factory site near Kumbalgodu. The area is mostly industrial, but not too crowded. There’s good road access. Still, not much around if you're looking for quick snacks or tea stalls.

I have lived in Kumbalgodu for over 7 years. It is a peaceful area with good air quality and greenery. There is space for children to play. However, connectivity to central Bangalore is a bit tough during peak hours.

If you want a place with less noise, lower rent, and basic facilities, Kumbalgodu works well. Schools and colleges are nearby, which is helpful for families.

Kumbalgodu is great if you prefer a quieter lifestyle away from the noise. Schools, grocery stores, and hospitals are all nearby. But, it is a bit far from major malls and shopping streets.

The weather is pleasant, and rent is affordable and everyone know the traffic in Bangalore is very bad, this area faces a lot of issues becuase of that.

Its easy to find tenants but its very necessary to verify them before giving your house for rent. I have had a very bbad experience with one of my tenants.

Land rates are reasonable, and rental demand from nearby institutions keeps it active and that's why I believe this is one of the best places to invest right now.

Kumbalgodu suits investors who want affordable entry and stable appreciation. Industrial and educational activity keeps the area lively.

The traffic here is unbearable and I have been finding it quite difficult to go to office. Though everything is nearby here but gets spoiled becuase of the traffic problems.
