It's not a vibrant area in Bangalore. I have lived in Koramangala and BTM before, and shifted here for my job. It has metro access and other basic essentials but there's no mall, cafe, or restaurents nearby. Feels very secluded.

Kudlu is a nice locality with good connectivity to Hosur Road and Haralur Road. It's a good residential layout and offers daily necessities within reach

It's a prime location in Bangalore and much quieter and peaceful than posh areas like Koramangala or Indiranagar. It provides good connectivity and property rates are reasonable too.

It's a lovely area with all modern amenities. Apartments are spacious and airy. Traffic is manageable. I also like the area's connectivity with metro.

I visited Kudlu for a friend's party and it is just 3 kilometers from HSR Layout where I live, and half a kilometer from Hosur Main Road. I liked the area's vibe and how well-maintained the roads were.

It is quiet suburb with a local feeling. Limited entertainment or dining options, but convenient for short stays near work areas.

It has steady rental demand due to close to Electronic City. Maintenance is possible, and tenants are mostly working professionals.

This area has affordable property prices are reasonable with good long-term growth possible. Developing infrastructure makes it a promising investment.
