Living here is really a prestige as the area is one of the posh and most vibrant ones in Bangalore. workplaces are close, cafes are just around the corner. The area is always happening and fun-loving.

I have owned a flat here for almost 7 years. It's well connected and situated at the heart of the city where you get access to almost everything. Grateful to live here.

Buying property here is definitely profitable whether you're looking for long-term profits or buy-to-rent strategy. But the increasing commercialization may impact long-term residential appeal.

Been renting here for the past 4 years. As a student from Christ, I really enjoy this place. It's so lively, vibrant, and fun, especially if you have a group of friends. The cafes and night clubs are always lighted and pretty. Rental properties are very expensive though

I visit my sister here who studies at Christ and lives in a rented flat. It's a fun place to hangout at. The vibe is always high and streets are always well-lit, even at 2 am. But lately it's been crowded a lot due to over population which may hamper the overall environment.
