Compared to other parts of Bengaluru, this area has potential because of the development along Kanakapura Road. My broker suggested this area due to its connectivity and quieter atmosphere. So far, rental interest has been decent from small families.
Had to visit a client in Konanakunte. The metro access is definitely a big advantage for this place. Roads are fairly wide, and parking was easy to find. The locality felt calm and well-settled.
I own a flat here and rent it to a small family. It’s been easy to find tenants because many people working in Kanakapura Road offices prefer this side. Not many water problems, and it's a safe place too. You still feel part of the city, but it’s not hectic.
