I’ve been renting in Konanakunte for a year now. It’s not as crowded as BTM or Jayanagar but still has decent access to essential stuff. Metro is just about 10 minutes away, which makes commuting simpler. There are a few good cafes and plenty of supermarkets nearby. It feels quite relaxed overall.

Konanakunte is gradually picking up due to metro access and proximity to Kanakapura Road. I bought a 2BHK flat here 3 years ago. Appreciation hasn’t skyrocketed, but rental demand has been steady. People prefer it for its calmer surroundings.

We’ve been living here for a while now. Konanakunte is like one of those older Bangalore pockets that’s slowly changing. There’s peace, space, and no chaos like you’d see in other parts. Groceries, schools, and clinics are within 1-2 km.

Konanakunte suits working people like me who need decent rent and basic convenience. Buses are frequent, and there's a metro line that helps a lot. Roads are okay, some parts better maintained than others. For the price, you get a peaceful locality with everything within a short ride.

Compared to other parts of Bengaluru, this area has potential because of the development along Kanakapura Road. My broker suggested this area due to its connectivity and quieter atmosphere. So far, rental interest has been decent from small families.

Had to visit a client in Konanakunte. The metro access is definitely a big advantage for this place. Roads are fairly wide, and parking was easy to find. The locality felt calm and well-settled.

I own a flat here and rent it to a small family. It’s been easy to find tenants because many people working in Kanakapura Road offices prefer this side. Not many water problems, and it's a safe place too. You still feel part of the city, but it’s not hectic.

Green Line metro right at Konanakunte Cross makes traveling so easy everyday. Getting groceries around the local market is cheap, and rent here is around 18k for decent flats. Auto guys ask too much near the signal though.

Kanakapura Road traffic near the main junction is terrible in the evening. Took almost 35 minutes just to cross 2 kilometers by cab. Streets get quite dark once you turn into the internal layouts off the main road.

Living near Konanakunte Lake is great for morning walks. Daily essentials are all available right on Vasanthapura Main Road. Water supply from BWSSB comes properly in the morning and basic civic maintenance is decent.

Great location along Kanakapura Road corridor. Demand for 2BHK places is very high among IT people because of direct metro connectivity to the city. Local shops and clinics are everywhere now.

Drainage is badly maintained in the internal lanes. Water collects instantly whenever it rains hard, and garbage gets dumped near the vacant plots. Cauvery water supply is also quite erratic in this layout.

Forum South Bangalore mall area gets super crowded on weekends. Hard to find parking space for cars nearby. BMTC bus connectivity is frequent along the main road, so public transport is sorted at least.

Everything needed for daily life is within walking distance. Schools and pharmacies are close by. Morning traffic near Saibaba Temple road gets a bit tight, but otherwise it is a very calm neighborhood to live in.

Autos never agree to go by meter near the metro gate. Streetlights in the inner cross roads do not work properly at night... feels unsafe to walk alone after 9 PM.

Very peaceful area compared to central Bangalore. Konanakunte Cross BMTC stop has buses to almost everywhere. Local vegetable vendors and small messes keep daily living costs very reasonable.

Rental yield is decent at around 22k for a two-bedroom unit. Kanakapura Road main signal jam is the main headache during peak hours, but overall the area stays in high demand for families.
