I’ve been living here for 12 years. Kommasandra is still developing, but that’s what attracted me. It’s peaceful and less polluted. But there are occasional power cuts, especially in summer. And you won’t find big malls or hospitals within walking distance

This area is calm and budget-friendly. We have a rented duplex house with a backyard. Public transport is weak. BMTC buses don’t come often, and there’s no metro yet.

The air is cleaner here compared to central Bangalore. The area is still evolving, and because of that, it lacks good civic infrastructure. Sometimes tenants complain about drainage or lack of piped water.

The rent is low, and I love the space I get. It’s ideal for someone who works remotely.

The inner lanes are not well-lit. I avoid going out alone after 8 PM. Also, there are stray dogs around, especially near open drains. Safety is okay, but could be better.
