We’ve been staying in this house here for over five years now. The locality is still developing and all essentails are nearby.

I moved to Kodipalya a few months ago because the rent was within my budget, and I needed something close to Kengeri. It’s a peaceful area, but public transport is not very frequent, so I often rely on my scooty.

This area didnt feel like the typical fast-paced Bangalore I’m used to when I visited a few weeks back.

I rented a 2BHK in Kodipalya last year, and while the house is spacious, the area lacks good parks and recreational facilities for kids.

I invested in a plot in Kodipalya around 2018, and while the appreciation has been slow, the area's proximity to Mysore Road and NICE Road will eventually pay off.

Whats good about Kodipalya

  • It is close to essential offices, IT parks, and educational institutions, making commutes convenient.
  • Amenities like supermarkets, banks, and hospitals are easily accessible within this range.
  • Security is good as many gated communities are present in this area.
  • Proximity to Konasandra Lake

What can be improved about Kodipalya

However, some aspects of living within 10-12 km of Kodipalya need more attention:

  • Traffic congestion during peak hours can be frustrating as the area has rapidly developed.
