The calm and quiet village-like atmosphere is great for raising children. There’s no constant honking or pollution like in core Bangalore. What we miss is quick access to branded stores, multispeciality hospitals, or good CBSE schools nearby.

The biggest issue is the lack of quick transport. BMTC buses are rare and Ola/Uber hardly comes this side. So I had to buy a second-hand scooter. Also, no good eateries or malls nearby. Weekends get boring.

We invested here because the area still has vast land parcels and is not overly congested. We plan to settle here in the next few years. The area is slowly developing and there’s potential. It may not be a commercial hub yet, but it’s a great bet for long-term returns

I moved here mainly to save on rent and live peacefully. Internet connectivity (JioFiber) is now available, which helps me work from home. Plus, I enjoy the natural surroundings and clean air. But there’s a lack of entertainment options like no parks, cafes, or libraries. You won’t find supermarkets like More or Reliance nearby.

The area gets pitch dark at night due to limited streetlights. Walking alone after 8 PM feels unsafe. And though it's peaceful, it's also isolated.
