I moved recently to Kodathi and like the peaceful vibe alongside good city connectivity. The proximity to Carmelaram Railway Station and public transport options make travel easy. The area is peaceful as well.

Kodathi is well-connected via major roads. Outer Ring Road makes it a strong contender for investment. The area is growing with infrastructure upgrades. Good schools, hospitals, and malls nearby attract renters.

I have lived in Kodathi for a few years, and it is really peaceful yet well-connected. The roads are good, and there are plenty of malls, schools, and hospitals nearby.

Kodathi is a convenient place to live with solid road access via Sarjapur-Marathahalli Road. Daily commutes are easier with the nearby bus stops. The area is close to good hospitals like Aria and Belenus Champion.

Traffic in Kodathi can be heavy at times, but is manageable. The area is safe, clean, and has good shopping and medical facilities.

This locality is around 1KM away from the main road and but no proper lighting and has village roads. One may be scared to come in odd hours. The only good thing is it is slightly cheaper and near to tech parks.

This place is decent if you're looking for budget-friendly rental options near Sarjapur. There’s not much traffic inside the locality, which is great. Roads are decent, and my apartment has good water supply. Not a happening place, but good for families or those who want a quiet base.

Kodathi was not on my radar initially, but a site visit changed my mind. It’s quieter than surrounding areas, and there are good schools and tech parks nearby. I invested in a pre-launch flat. Returns won’t be immediate, but it feels like a solid bet for the long run.

I moved to Kodathi last year because it’s quite close to my office on Sarjapur Road. The rent is reasonable for a 2BHK compared to other nearby areas. It's mostly quiet, and our apartment complex is well-maintained.

I prefer low-risk options, so I picked Kodathi for steady rental returns. It's not very commercial, which means fewer disturbances. Families working in ORR tech companies look for rentals here. The area still lacks a few amenities, but that's slowly changing.

We moved into our own flat in Kodathi in 2018. The area has a peaceful atmosphere, away from the city rush. Roads have improved, and now we even have a few schools nearby. Not much noise or traffic. It’s a simple, comfortable place for families.
