Our home gives us space, privacy, and peace as there’s less traffic and pollution compared to inner-city neighborhoods. Maintenance of roads could be better though.

The roads are open and lack of congestion but some area have potholes in them.

The rent here is a bit high but there is a lots of greenery all around. I like the peaceful setting of the house that I live in.

I picked up a plot here because the layout is BBMP-approved and well-maintained. It’s seen moderate appreciation and very low vacancy for rental homes

We moved here a few years back. Our house is at the end of one of the lanes and is quiter. As our building doesn't have parking space we have to park on the road and its a bit troublesome.
