I stayed here for a while and hated the road conditions. it's not walkable at all. It gets flooded easily after rain. The connectivity from metro was helpful but this was a major issue i faced

The area hasn't develoepd completely. It lacks modern infrastructure. There are no malls or cafes within near vicinity and roads are always jammed

Traffic can be a drag especially on Mysore Road but the ongoing road expansions can ease this issue and property values can go up further

It's a decent area and has good rental options. I got a 1 BHK at a very reasonable price. It's not vry premium or vibrant but okay for short term stays only
