The good thing about the area is that it has good public transport and it's well connected through Mysore Road and NICE road. Makes my commute easy. But it is still developing and lacks premium malls or cafes

It's perfect for families. everything is close by. shops, clinics, schools, markets.

The road infrastructure still needs work in some interior lanes. But it benefits from spillover demand from RR Nagar. so rental yield is moderate

I moved in because it’s close to RR Nagar and Global Village Tech Park. But water supply is not always consistent. also limited shopping options

There’s a lack of proper commercial zones or cafes. I liked the temples and local markets in the area. It’s clearly more of a family-oriented place than a buzzing social hub.
