The area is green and peaceful, and rent is affordable. That said, some stretch of the internal roads still has potholes and needs fixing

Invested here for consistent rental yield. This is a good area with minor downsides like drainage in monsoon and few shops initially are fading as the area develops.

I find this area charming and budget-friendly and there’s a park I jog in. Public transport here is also less and so I rely on my bike.

I own a plot here and have been happy. The locality offers affordability and peace but during peak demand, piped water can be low,
