Kaverappa layout is a growing tech hub. it's close to many big tech parks like prestige and embassy. It's been a year i moved to bangalore and have been renting in this area. The vibe is good, fun and safe too. there are a few brewaries and many good cafes as well. Its even more fun if you have a company to hang out
Property rates are skyrocketing here. we bought our house in almost a decade ago when this was still in its development stage. Lot of things have changed and for better. But what has become worse is the traffic on NH44. even going to bellandur takes more than 30 mins sometimes (which is 3 km btw)
We’ve owned a house here for 6 years and the area is growing fast. The area needs better garbage collection though and other than that everything else is fairly comfortable.
I like the locality a lot as rents are reasonable. Most of the houses here are independent and calm. There is a lot of construction in the area and becuase of that a lot of dust is there as well.
I have been here since my birth and I love everything about the place. There are a lot of schools and colleges nearby. vergetable market is a bit scarce though.
Spent two days here at a friends place. From what I am aware it is near major IT parks. There are a few estaurants and good eateries in the area.
I have been renting here for over a year. The streets are peaceful and lots of families live around. Commute can be a challange becuase of traffic congestion and lots of noise because of it.
