I have been renting near Kathreguppe Circle for almost a year. BMTC buses are frequent, and Metro access from Banashankari is just 10-15 mins away. Lots of eateries, tiffin joints, and even late-night options. Rent is manageable, and the area feels safe, even post 9 PM.

I invested in an independent house here 8 years ago. It has given consistent rental returns. The tenant pool is stable, mostly families and salaried folks. Local amenities are strong, and there’s steady appreciation.

We built our house here in the '90s when this place was still quiet and green. Now it’s developed a lot but hasn’t become too crowded. Temples, medical stores and banks are there in the locality. The people here are mostly settled families.

Kathreguppe is well-connected but slightly congested during peak hours. I walk to my gym and supermarket, which is super convenient. You’ll find both old-style homes and new apartments here.

Had come here for a family function. Getting an auto took some time, but the roads were broad and well-lit. Found a nice Udipi hotel nearby too. Didn’t feel too crowded, which was surprising for a Bangalore suburb.

My 2BHK in Kathreguppe gets tenants easily, mostly students or office goers. The area is preferred because it’s not too flashy but has all basic facilities. Also, there's good connectivity to BSK, JP Nagar, and Jayanagar. Roads get waterlogged during heavy rain sometimes.
