The demand here is excellent. I own two properties here and both are on rent. One in sanjay nagar and another in charkop. It is family friendly and has all high end infrastructure one may need
Living in Kandivali West feels premium even if it's on rent. I love the anand nagar. it is close to shree kala hanuman mandir. But can't ignore the fact that the MG Road and Link road are heavily congested because of traffic and it takes a lot of time to commute to farther places without metro
The area has excellent connectivity with well-maintained roads and railways and metros nearby. I am just concerned about the traffic sometimes during peak hours. The area is also not completely safe as I have heard events of chain-snatching and harrassment
I love the locality as it's very vibrant and happening during evenings. There are many cafes and brewaries nearby to hangout with friends. Perfect for young professionals.
The area is known for the its cosmopolitan crowd which creates a culturally rich community and friendly neighbourhood. I have been living here for the past 3 years, and I love the diverse food and shopping options nearby.
Not the best part of Mumbai, but it definitely has a vibrant vibe. Cafes and parks nearby make it popular among youth. The only problem is the water supply issues sometimes and lack of parking spaces
Due to rapid urbanisation, the residential vibe is missing here. although it's a good area to invest in as the property value appreciation is good, the infrastructure can improve.
