I have been staying here for about a year. The locality is calm and safe. Roads are okay but could be better. Public transport is mostly buses and autos. There are a few parks where I like to walk in the evening. Not many restaurants but daily needs are easily met.

We have lived in Kammasandra for seven years. The area is calm and has friendly neighbours. Roads are narrow but not crowded. There are small parks and local markets. Schools and clinics are close. The place is safe and peaceful.

I bought a property in Kammasandra two years ago. The place is affordable and has steady rental demand because of nearby industries. Infrastructure is improving slowly. Connectivity by bus is good but metro is not nearby. I expect the property value to increase with time.

I own a house here which I rent out. Tenants are mostly IT professionals and factory workers. Rent is moderate and demand is good. The locality has shops, hospitals, and schools nearby. Water and power supply are mostly reliable.

I invested in Kammasandra due to low prices and proximity to Electronic City. The area is safe and has schools and hospitals close by. Rental demand is steady because of the working crowd. Infrastructure can improve but overall it is a good option.

I work in IT and chose Kammasandra for the low rent. The area is quiet with less traffic. Local markets and shops are nearby. The roads are narrow in some parts but manageable. Public transport is fine though metro is quite far. It is a good place if you want peace and affordability.
