Mandaveli is a well-established, central neighbourhood in Chennai with easy access to everyday needs markets, schools, hospitals, buses and the MRTS train station are nearby from here.

This area is a well-connected, convenient and mature neighbourhood comfortable for tenants to live in and easy for visitors to explore while experiencing real Chennai life.

I shifted to Kambipura because my office near Global Village Tech Park is not far. Rent is very affordable. It's mostly a quiet area with less traffic noise. But roads inside the locality are uneven and dusty. Grocery shops and basic needs are available nearby.

Bought a plot here five years back. Property prices have increased steadily as the area is slowly developing. I see good future value. Rental demand is decent for 1 or 2 BHK units.

Area is calm and safe. My kids go to school nearby, and we have a small grocery store just at the corner. Not too many fancy places, but daily life is easy. Sometimes, traffic on Mysore Road gets bad.

Kambipura feels quiet and away from city noise. Roads are not in great condition. I saw many small temples and parks. Good for family living, I guess, but not much for tourists.

Kambipura is a decent place to live. My PG is close to the NICE Road. Only issue is with drainage during heavy rains. Not many cafes or hangout spots, but for peaceful living, it's okay. I often go to Gopalan Arcade for weekend shopping.

We purchased a small apartment here for rental income. It's affordable and there's a consistent demand from working professionals and small families. The environment is peaceful, not too noisy.
