Area is calm and safe. My kids go to school nearby, and we have a small grocery store just at the corner. Not too many fancy places, but daily life is easy. Sometimes, traffic on Mysore Road gets bad.
Kambipura feels quiet and away from city noise. Roads are not in great condition. I saw many small temples and parks. Good for family living, I guess, but not much for tourists.
Kambipura is a decent place to live. My PG is close to the NICE Road. Only issue is with drainage during heavy rains. Not many cafes or hangout spots, but for peaceful living, it's okay. I often go to Gopalan Arcade for weekend shopping.
We purchased a small apartment here for rental income. It's affordable and there's a consistent demand from working professionals and small families. The environment is peaceful, not too noisy.
