It's a vibrant area and has many shops and hotels and cafes nearby. But the main thing that is public transport is poor. no metro and few bus stops so commuting is tough in the traffic

I live near Kalyan Junction so as beneficial as it is, it's also very noisy and chaotic. the area isn't purely residential so you won't find the peace. a very few parks are here and limited open spaces

Properties here have high ROI because of the area's rapid growth plus commercial and residential mix. It's good of long term value but livability is decreasing because of too much urbanisation. there's hardly any space left

Stayed here during my college. I enjoyed the vibrant lifestyle. cafes and pubs nearby. so many fun places to visit also. But you can't go far without bearing the traffic. i wish there was metro

Great area for future hold. Investment potential is good because of the commercial developments. If public transport improves somehow in coming years, this will be a good area for investors

Managing property here is relatively smooth due to availability of services. Drainage and road maintenance need regular attention.

It is one of the best areas in Mumbai and there are spacious homes at reasonable rents. The area feels lively and self sufficient. However train crowding during peak hours is exhausting.
