We bought our apartment here 5 years ago, and its value has only gone up. It's a busy yet comfortable locality with malls and clinics nearby. Parking can be a problem if you don't live around here.

I own a couple of rental units here and never had them empty for long. During monsoons, water logging in some parts can be an issue, but it hasn't affected any of the building that I own. Can'y say about the others.

I find this area pretty affordable. The locality is lively and I have everything I need within walking distance. Occasional water supply hiccups happen in summer, but it's manageable.

The security here is solid but I wish public transport was better, but having my own vehicle makes that a minor issue.

I am pretty happy staying here. The location between Koramangala and HSR Layout has its own benefits. The only drawback is limited parking on our street,
