I shifted to Jakkasandra two months ago as it’s close to my office in Koramangala. The location is super central, I can just walk to work or take an auto easily. Lots of food joints, gyms, and coworking spots nearby.

I invested in Jakkasandra back in 2018, mainly due to its proximity to Koramangala. Since then, the prices have gone up nicely. It’s a high-demand rental area because of so many working professionals. Roads are a bit narrow, but overall infrastructure is decent.

My parents built a house here long back. Now I’ve renovated it and moved in with my wife and kids. The area is lively and close to everything. Only issue is vehicle congestion. But the community feel is strong, and you’ll always find helpful neighbours.

We’re from Mysore and bought a small 1BHK flat here for investment. It’s an older area, so property rates are stable. Still, the rental value is strong due to demand from nearby tech offices. I feel Jakkasandra is often overlooked, but it’s a pocket with potential. It’s not fancy, but it gives you good returns if you buy wisely.

Jakkasandra is perfect for bachelors and young couples. I stay with two friends, and we all work in tech. It’s right next to Koramangala, but a little more affordable. Plenty of eating places and medical stores around. We hang out often in cafes nearby.
