I shifted to Ittamadu a few months back because it's closer to my new office in Banashankari. The locality is quite peaceful, and you find all basic stuff nearby. BMTC buses are frequent, so I don’t depend on autos much. There’s a decent gym nearby, and I like walking to the bakery every evening. Roads inside are okay, but get a bit crowded in the mornings.

I chose Ittamadu as it’s still developing and prices are within range. There's steady construction activity, and I expect good appreciation in the next few years. Proximity to Banashankari and Padmanabhanagar adds value.

Ittamadu is quite affordable compared to Jayanagar or JP Nagar. We found a spacious 2BHK for a good deal. It's mostly residential, and very family-oriented. Not many cafes or hangout spots yet, but there are local joints and small eateries.

I’m checking places to buy, and Ittamadu came recommended by a friend. I liked the calm environment. Not many high-rise buildings, and the streets are green in parts. Local shops and medical stores are nearby. It’s not flashy, but it feels liveable and peaceful.

This area has grown slowly but nicely. We built our house here when plots were cheap. Now, you see apartments and stores coming up. It’s mostly families here, so it feels very safe. Roads are maintained better than before, and you hear less honking here compared to main city. Water supply is regular too.
