Moved to Iggaluru mainly for quieter living. Roads inside the area are decent, a few stretches get muddy after rain. I use BMTC buses and bike for commute. Evenings are calm. There are a few local eateries and a gym.

Some pockets in Iggaluru Village are still semi-rural. The property cost is low. Retail and daily needs are fine.

Iggaluru is a good area for me. Rents are not high, and our PG is spacious with greenery around. There are small parks for morning and evening walks. Bus connectivity is okay if you plan timings. Not many trendy cafes, but some local tiffin spots are there.

We hve seen Iggaluru change slowly. Now, there are more houses, better shops, and regular garbage collection. Roads are okay but uneven in some lanes. School and temple are walkable, and there’s a small park where kids play.
