Iggalur has a village-meets-city feel. My independent house is surrounded by greenery, but sewage systems and internal roads need urgent upgrades. Safe and quiet, though.

Iggalur offers larger homes for the price, but amenities are basic. No metro, no multiplex, and limited dining options. That said, the peaceful environment is perfect for remote professionals.

I invested in a builder-floor apartment and listed it for rent. Within a month, I secured tenants working nearby in Hosur. While appreciation is slow, Iggalur gives decent returns through rental income.
