It’s a mixed bag. Affordable rent, but patchy infrastructure. Gets really dusty, and traffic can be chaotic near the junction during peak hours.

Bought a commercial plot here. Location’s ideal for logistics businesses due to road access. Residential scope is limited for now but worth holding.

Rented out my 1BHK flat to factory workers. Good rental demand, but maintaining the place is a challenge due to dust and drainage issues.

Stopped here while on the way to Hosur Road. Bit noisy and dusty but food stalls had great tea! Not much for a visitor otherwise.

Bought a commercial plot here. Location’s ideal for logistics businesses due to road access. Residential scope is limited for now but worth holding.
