The area is close to Bommanahalli and Hosur Road, so commuting to my office in electronic City is easy but the internal roads are bumpy.

The reason I chose Hosapalaya is becuase its affordable. Compared to Koramangala or HSR, you get decent flats here for much less. Its just that the lanes are narrow.

I stayed in a PG here during my internship. I could easily take a bus to my workplace. The only problem I faced was the evening traffic

The area around my house is quiet and most of the area is occupied by families. The roads flood easily during rains.

I bought an apartment unit here in 2019, and rental demand is always there as there are a lot of people in Bommanahalli and other areas.
