Hommadevanahalli is a quiet and budget-friendly area in South Bangalore. It’s a good place for people who want peaceful living with nearby schools and hospitals. Working professionals near Bannerghatta Road or Electronic City can travel easily from here. The area is safe and calm, which is nice for senior citizens. Students can find low-cost PGs, but it’s not close to many colleges. Overall, it’s a good option if you want a peaceful place that’s still well-connected.

The area is basically a village that is slowly turning into a suburb so do not expect luxury living yet..

Water is a huge concern because everything depends on tankers and the cost is often added to the maintenance.

It is a safe neighborhood and we have small clinics for basic health issues but for anything major we have to drive to Fortis or Apollo on Bannerghatta Road.

The power supply is a bit shaky especially when it rains so make sure your building has a solid generator.
