I’m renting a 2BHK in Hemmigepura mainly for the calm environment and low rent. The area is green and spacious but lacks large supermarkets. Public transport is limited, so owning a vehicle is helpful.

Spent an evening with relatives in Hemmigepura. Not too far from Kengeri, yet the place feels peaceful. You get a lot more space compared to core Bangalore but public transport is not that good here.

We bought a home here in 2018. It’s been a good decision. The area has less pollution, more space, and low property tax. Waste collection is not done on daily basis but apart from this, we face no such serious problem living here

I invested here for rental income, but soon realised that the demand is slow. However, I’m optimistic due to nearby tech park expansion zones. Once road upgrades complete, prices will likely increase.

Rent is affordable here, and the houses are spacious. Local markets and milk booths are walkable. But I feel, this locality is not ideal for people without bikes or cars as bus connectivity is infrequent.
