It is a peaceful locality. Getting buses is easy, and autos are always around. I like that the area is not too noisy. The street lights are good, and I’ve never felt unsafe. There’s also a pharmacy and bakery right below my flat, super convenient.

Been in Moulivakkam for over seven years now. It has changed a lot, it used to be quieter, but now we have more apartments and shops. Still feels homely, though. Roads could be better maintained.

This place is quite alright for families. My kid’s school is just 15 minutes away, and we have a decent hospital nearby too. It's not posh, but feels homely.

We were searching for for affordable property in Chennai outskirts. Found some decent properties here. The rates weren’t sky-high. Shops and schools are close. It’s not a hotspot for quick resale, but for rental income or future retirement use.

We shifted from a noisy part of the city to Moulivakkam mainly for peace. My wife loves the nearby temple. Grocery, pharmacy, even tuition centres are nearby. There are not many options for shopping. Monsoon drainage is still a weak point.
