I am living in a 2 BHK here and love the area. It has good number of eateries so I have good food at nominal rates. The lanes are however narrow so parking is struggling.

As a tenant, I enjoy the connectivity Gulal Wadi offers—it's close to Charni Road station and Crawford Market. I however find the rent expensive and feel the buildings lack modern amenities

I stayed here for six months and was happy living here. It is centrally located so commuting to any place is easy from here. I however hated the traffic and crowded streets here especially in the peak hours or in the weekends

I bought a small plot in Gulal Wadi five years ago, and I’m genuinely happy with how property rates have appreciated since then. Good area with a lot of potential.

Owning a home here feels rooted in Mumbai’s heart. Everything is nearby—schools, temples, shops. The area is however getting congested too much and the roads, especially the inner ones are lacking proper maintenance.

I am living here for over a year. The local vibe is lively and everything I need is nearby, but the buildings are quite old and the streets get really congested.
