I chose Guddadahalli for the affordable rent. It’s close to Mysore Road, so commute to my office near Town Hall is simple. Public buses are frequent, and metro is not too far either. The area is mostly residential and has local markets and bakeries.

Bought a small plot here three years back. Rates have not shot up too much, but steady increase is there. It is good for rentals. The area is a bit old-fashioned, but demand is constant.

Life is simple, my children go to nearby government school, and we get all household things within walking distance. It’s noisy during festival time, but otherwise quiet. Roads need repair badly.

The place is decent for working people who want to stay near the city but avoid high rent. I often take metro from Deepanjali Nagar which is a 10-minute ride away. It’s mostly peaceful, but garbage pickup is not regular.

Had a client meet near Guddadahalli. Took a BMTC bus and it was easy to reach. The area is old and has typical Bangalore charm. Parking is difficult, and traffic is tight.

I built a house here in the 90s and now rent out the upstairs. Good demand from bachelors and small families. Rent is modest but regular. People who live here usually stay long-term.
